OUR STORY

Established to cater for all the semi-products and /or products, raw materials, Food & Beverage related goods necessary for all the outlets and brands the Central Kitchen was set up using state-of-the-art appliances and highly qualified staff.

The Central Kitchen is operational around the clock guaranteeing Fresh Quality food being prepared and delivered on time meeting the ever-growing demand in the market. Our staff is our valuable investment and valuable resource, they are carefully selected, highly trained, periodically evaluated. We always work on maximizing their potential to optimize efficiency and productivity and to guarantee that they will maintain professionalism in running the business.

Our coffee beans come from our own plantation in Brazil, which are roasted through our 12 own roasting companies around the world and are prepared through our own coffee machines produced in Italy, La San Marco.
